We are sorry that this customer was not satisfied with their purchase. This jacket was custom-made according to the buyer's requested measurements and specifications, and detailed photos and measurements were shared for approval before shipment. After the buyer reported concerns regarding removable marks on the surface, we promptly offered a replacement at no additional cost as a goodwill solution. We take product quality very seriously and do not intentionally ship items with defects. While we were unable to reach a resolution that satisfied the buyer, we remained responsive throughout our communication and made every effort to address the concerns raised.
