After orders are shipped out, we provide you with a tracking number. If for any reason an item says delivered but has not yet arrive, please wait 2-3 days (as often these items have a short delay) and if by then your item has not yet arrived, contact your post office services and bring the matter to their attention. We are not responsible for loss or stolen items once they have left our hands and are in those of the carrier.

We create in bulk and are happy to offer such at a slight discount. Please message directly to see if an item can be made in the desired time allotted.

String bracelets are made using waxed cord and waterproof. They may appear tight upon arrival but will adjust to your size accordingly.
****Over time, the wax coating of all bracelets - waterproof or not - will start to wear off and the bracelet will appear slightly discolored. This is a natural process.

Stretch bracelets are made with USA elastic bead cord. Pre stretch so be careful not to play around with it too much to avoid further stretching or breaking may happen. Please keep jewelry way from lotions and water as it may damage.


Plushies are made with both chenille and blanket yarn, please revert to the product description for care. Hand wash/light cycle pending on fiber.

Decor items are made using 100% cotton, never dyed.

You can find out your size by measuring the circumference of your wrist. To do this you can either use a measuring tape or use a piece of string.
For a standard fit, add about HALF AN INCH to the circumference of your wrist for the bracelet size.
