Do the reproductions come with white margins?
No, all reproductions are printed edge-to-edge, without white margins.
However, if you prefer a margin, I can adjust the design and include it for you. Just let me know when placing your order.
Does the poster come with the price?
The package does not include any prices, receipts, or invoices, and the box has no visible logos, making it perfect for gifts.

Are the reproductions framed or mounted?
All paper prints are sold unframed.
However, you can also choose the stretched canvas option, which comes mounted on a wooden frame and ready to hang.
The photos shown are for reference only, to help you visualize how your piece might look displayed in your home.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged, incorrect, or broken?
Although every order is carefully packaged, damage can occasionally occur.
Please contact me immediately through the store chat, describing what happened and including photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
Claims must be made within 20 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer replacements after that period.
Delivery times are estimates. While they are usually met, occasional delays may happen. These will not be considered valid grounds for return, but I will always do my best to help if your order is delayed
What happens if tracking shows "delivered" but I haven’t received my order?
In this situation, I will review all the details of your order and provide any information available.
If the courier confirms that the package was successfully delivered, I unfortunately cannot take responsibility for its loss.
Please check if it might have been received by someone else at your address or left at a nearby pickup point.
You can also contact the shipping company directly using your tracking number.

Will I have to pay extra customs or border fees?
I work with local print partners to reduce shipping times, avoid customs charges, and minimize environmental impact.
This means:
If you live in the United States, your order will be printed and shipped from the U.S.
If you live in the United Kingdom, it will be shipped from the U.K.
And so on, depending on your location.
In very rare cases, due to high demand, your order might be produced and shipped from the European Union, which could involve a customs fee payable by the customer.
Can my delivery address be a PO Box?
No, I do not ship to PO Boxes.
If your order is rejected or returned for this reason, I cannot take responsibility.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete physical address.
