Free NO RUSH Shipping (USPS Standard First Class Mail) on domestic orders over $35+. If you are in a rush to receive the order please select one of our expedited shipping methods during checkout.

Orders of $150 or more, the shipment will require a signature from the customer when received.

Please double check your shipping address if it is up to date.
We cannot change the shipping address after the order ships.

Conditions of return:
Buyer must contact Azurea Studio and ship item back within 7 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
We will pay for your shipping return label one time per order.
We do not accept returns on custom personalized products.
We will refund only the product price the customer paid on the invoice and we do not refund the shipping.
We do not accept exchanges.
If the order is returned to us by the Postal Service for "RETURN TO SENDER", "INCORRECT ADDRESS", "UNKNOWN ADDRESS", etc, we will refund the item price (minus shipping) after inspecting the quality of the item received and then will notify the buyer that the item was returned. If the customer requests to reship the order with a new address, customer needs to purchase a new order with the correct shipping address, as seller will refund the order that was returned.

My name is Sandra, the owner of Azurea Studio.
Azurea Studio is a small studio in New Jersey.
I'm a mom of two boys and two furry dogs.
Born in the United States and raised in Portugal, I grew up inspired by both countries. Inspired by the world around me; art, vintage inspiration, natural materials, textures, nature, animals and people.
In my professional career; I have practiced oil and watercolor painting and textile design.
Creating provides me with instant gratification and a sense of creative freedom.

Does your shop make custom bracelets?

Cord Bracelets can be custom made.
Send us a message with the details of cord color(s), charm(s) style or any idea you have in mind. We have a wide range of cord materials and charms to choose from as well, and I am happy to make something just for you!

How long does INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING takes to arrive?

After we process and ship your order, international destinations take about 10-30 business days to arrive.
Customs clearance can cause a delay so it's always best to add extra time when ordering.
Some countries, like Canada, United Kingdom have updates available with the tracking number information

When will my order ship?

Usually we ship your order in 1 business day.
However, when it is a big order or a custom order we may need 2 days.

Can you personalized the cards for the hair ties?

We have separate listing for PERSONALIZED MESSAGE CARDS.
On the hair ties listings we have a basic saying cards, however if you wish to add a custom message you need to purchase the personalized message cards.

How to care and wash hair ties and head bands?

Cleaning hair accessories; elastic headbands and hair ties.

Once in awhile, put the hair accessories in the sink with warm water and a few drops of shampoo. Gently wash each accessory and then air dry on a white clean towel.

*We DO NOT recommend washing the hair accessories in the washing machine or drying them in the dryer as they will lose elasticity.

**Also we DO NOT recomend using hair ties on chlorinated water pools, salt water pools or the ocean. Especially the hair ties that have prints on them. The chlorinated water and salt water from pools and the salty ocean water breaks down the elastic and changes the texture of the elastic of the hair tie.
