To start, this shop has excellent customer service. I bought a pot and ended up getting an older model that didn't hold up quite right. I had left a lower score and Tom was quick to follow up and wanted to make it right, especially for the holidays. He sent a replacement and some additional goodies to make up for the mix up -- and it got sent to the wrong address! Still, he kept his composure and resent another new care package. The new pots are awesome and are easier to reassemble. Definitely use on carpets or rugs! All of this to say, my original review couldn't be edited so I bought these soaps to support the shop and leave my experience here. Keep up the great work!

It's a good size and it looks great!

The item is extremely cute and exactly what I was hoping for as a present. A few of the magnets DID come out of their little slots but it’s nothing a dab of glue can’t fix so overall I’m not unhappy ^-^
