3 out of 5 starsOne of the racks is crooked. It's just painted steel, not stainless steel. It's not bad, just not what I was expecting for the price we paid.

3 out of 5 starsThe product itself is quirky and would make a great addition to any bathroom if the finishing was improved for future models. I wasn't impressed with the quality as there were scuffs and small dents in the metal, and a cut in the base and a couple of saw marks under the head. The joins are not great too. The paint work is not powder smooth either especially on the head. I've taken photos of these issues but am only able to upload one photo. I don't think it was worth the price I paid and should have been checked before sending. The packaging should have been more adequate considering the shipment journey as it arrived in a flimsy squashed box left on the front doorstep by Fedex in full view. The item was wrapped in only bubble wrap and not supported in the box with a sturdier material to stop it moving around.

4 out of 5 starsThe towel rack has a sloppy gold paint job, but it doesn't bother me once I've filled it with towels. Unfortunately, the delivery service didn't provide a collection code, and I had to go back and forth for days trying to get one. Finally, the problem was solved. Thank you.

1 out of 5 starsThe shipping policy is misleading. While stating multiple times that shipping is free this seller stuck me with the customs bill. The bill was just as much as the item. I wouldn't recommend buying this.
