Can I cancel my order?
Because all items are made to order, cancellations aren’t possible once production begins — usually within a few hours of ordering. If you need to make a change, please contact me immediately, and I’ll do my best to catch it in time!
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or with the wrong item, let me know within 7 days of receiving it. Please include a photo, and I’ll be happy to help resolve it!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes 2–6 business days, followed by shipping. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made just for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please double-check sizing before ordering.
Who makes and ships your products?
All items are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a trusted print-on-demand partner. They handle printing and shipping from facilities in Canada, the U.S., and Europe.
Do your shirts run true to size?
Yes, they’re generally true to size. For a looser fit, consider sizing up. Be sure to check the size chart included in each listing before ordering!
Will everything arrive in one package?
Not always. Because each item is printed on demand and fulfilled at the nearest available facility, your order might ship in multiple packages. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking info for each shipment.
Will I be charged extra fees on v-neck shirt orders?
If you're in Canada, please note that our v-neck tees are currently fulfilled from the U.S., and some orders may incur customs or import fees upon delivery.
Buyers outside of North America may also be subject to import duties depending on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local postal service or customs office if you’re unsure.
