What if USPS say delivered and it's not?

If the post office marks the package as delivered, that is proof of delivery. It can happen though that a package gets marked as delivered early, so give USPS a day or two for it to show up.

After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. Ultimately it’s the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
