Is it a download or a printable?
No. Everything is printed and posted to you. There’s nothing to download or print at home.
How does delivery work?
Every UK order comes with free tracked delivery, including Northern Ireland and the islands. You’ll get the tracking number when it’s posted.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
By 16 December. After you order, we send you a private link for your child’s details. Please fill it in and approve the proof soon, so Santa’s sleigh isn’t kept waiting.
Can I check the letter before it’s printed?
Yes. You read a proof of every letter first. If anything isn’t quite right, we’ll change it until you love it. Nothing is printed until you approve.
Can you post it straight to the child or to another address?
Yes. Perfect for grandparents. The outer envelope is plain, so the surprise isn’t spoilt at the door.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because every letter is made for one child, we can’t accept returns. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, message us and we’ll put it right.
