Yes we love doing personalised orders - Please note however that the details you enter into your message to seller are what will be engraved/cut on your item - We cannot change this at a later date, so please take your time and make sure what you enter is spelt and entered correctly. The way your details are entered is how the item will be made, for example if you enter CHARLOTTE, it will be cut out as CHARLOTTE, if you want it to appear as Charlotte, then please enter it as Charlotte.
Please note that we do not send proofs as standard. If you require a proof before the item is cut, please make sure you request this in the notes to seller section when you are checking out. Once a proof has been sent you have 48 hours to approve it.

We package our toppers to ensure they reach you in one piece, but occasionally an item is damaged in transit. We ask that when that occurs you contact us within 2 business days to let us know, and send us a photo of the damage.

Our wood toppers are designed to be single use only, these are no longer food safe if they are used on multiple occasions.

Our toppers are fragile, being cut from 3mm timber or acrylic, and you need to be gentle when handling them. We have tested all our toppers before sending them out (we have a fake cake that we pop them in to ensure that they can stand up etc), so please handle your topper carefully. If the topper is broken during use, we cannot replace it free of charge.

We work hard to send our orders out as quickly as possible, however there are currently delays with Aus Post. These delays are out of our hands, and orders will not be refunded if they arrive after they were expected due to post delays.

Please note we do not provide proofs as standard, if you require a proof please ensure that this is requested when checking out.

We limit edits to proofs to 3 edits, so please ensure you collate all changes so they can be processed efficiently.

If no response is received after 48 hours your item will be sent as per the proof messaged to you.

Our cake toppers are all 16cm wide, unless specified otherwise in the item description.
