3 out of 5 starsthe material seems to be okay, it feels good. however the bar with the writing isn‘t straight and the wirting itself isn‘t either. also wouldn‘t recommend using an asian language haha. but i wouldn‘t really complain, it‘s okay

1 out of 5 starsThe necklace arrived with a chipped/cracked opal and was not as described. The seller provided a pre-shipment photo where the same crack appears, but stated it was just blurriness. Unfortunately, the damage and overall quality did not meet expectations. I would be cautious when ordering. Etsy was able to provide a refund.

The shipping time from placement to receiving the package took over 4 weeks and when I asked to cancel the order because of the long delay, I received no response. I ordered 14 different letters and after receiving the items….they are absolutely unacceptable. They are all different sizes, are not as pictured on the posting, and are definitely not gold filled. I tried asking for a return and it’s going nowhere. Awful customer service, awful operations, and awful product.
