I do not recommend swimming, showering, sleeping or bathing whilst wearing jewellery. It may damage the beads and metal component parts and will shorten the lifespan of the product.

All orders are sent by Registered Mail (Priority mail and tracking number). Tracking information will be available within 1-5 days.

Delivery is through local postal operator - USPS, Royal Mail, Colissimo, Deutsche Post, Hermes etc.
Under the rules, all international registred shipments with a tracking number are delivered against a signature.

I am not responsible:
- for undelivered shipments if the customer has provided a wrong address.
- for delayed shipments due to customs, weather problems and natural disasters, strikes, holidays, and other extraordinary events.
- for unclaimed shipments - even though I have sent messages to the recipient

Combined postage costs give buyers a postage discount for ordering multiple items from me shop.

For each additional item to the basic delivery price are automatically added from 0.20 to 0.50 Euro.
The supplement depends on the weight of the items, as this affects postage.

According to the latest changes in the rules of the Bulgarian Post (due to the coronavirus measures), international shipments are considered lost no earlier than 60 business days after the date of their dispatch.

There may be a slight difference in colors due to the different display device.

According to the German Packaging Act, VerpackG, my company is registered at the LUCID Packaging Register and and has provided Etsy with its unique identification number.
My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is Reclay Systems GmbH.

According to the French Packaging Act, my company is registered at the ADEME and has provided Etsy with its unique identification number.
According to the principle of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) I am certified member of Leko, Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) approved by the French government.
