How should I print my artwork?
You have many options, Shutterfly.com, Target Photo, Costco Photo, Staples, FedEx Kinkos, and Office Depot.
How long will it take to get my order?
Hello I will aim to process the order on the same day, the delivery times to UK (1-3) International (7-20)
Etsy will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout, but this is estimated and not guaranteed. International shipping can be effected by weather and strikes, staff sickness.
Plan ahead is my best advice.
What is your return policy?
If you return something you're responsible for the cost of return shipping, and if the item shipped with free shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping label won't be refunded. Please contact me before sending things back to see what your actual refund amount would be in those cases.
How are your prints packaged?
Most prints are sent in a do not bend envelope, a postal tube or a small cardboard box where your print will be bubble wrapped inside.
What happens if my print is damaged in the post?
I can offer the buyer a new print to be sent out next day or a refund can be given.
