How can i print my new art?
For the best results, print on heavyweight matte or fine art paper to achieve rich, authentic reproductions.

If you need technical guidance, contact the print service’s support team directly.
Local copy centers (e.g. Walgreens, Staples, etc.) can also print, but color and quality may vary.
For professional quality and accuracy, I highly recommend specialized online printing services.
Home printers will produce variable color and finish results.
Can I order custom sizes?
We offer one (1) complimentary resize per listing.
(Example: If you purchase a gallery set, resizing applies to one design only.)
Turnaround time: 2–3 business days.

Can I resell any art?
All artwork from Digital Chisel is for personal use only.

Where is my Etsy receipt or download notification email?
Check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
Where can i find my purchases
Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". Go to "Purchases and reviews". Next to the order, select Download Files. ➡ If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey. Please save the files to your device immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it will be deleted from my cloud storage within 6 months to make room for new designs.
