Custom and personalised orders
Please read the item description for the personalisation options available. Please use the "Add your personalisation" box to provide us with this information before you add your item to the basket.
Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us by post within 30 days of the date the products are delivered to you. Once your return is received we will issue a refund within 2 working days. Unfortunately personalised items are non refundable unless they are faulty or not as requested. If your order is faulty or not as requested please contact us before returning these items. If you want to return your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition.
Dispatch and delivery times
We are currently dispatching orders within 2-5 working days.
If you are in the UK standard delivery is with Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 48. You have the option to upgrade to other delivery methods when checking out.
If you are outside of the UK then delivery is with Royal Mail Tracked, to be passed to your local postal service when it reaches your country. Delivery to worldwide locations is between 3-7 working days.
US import duty
Orders to the US are being sent with import duty paid for by us before your parcel is posted. After your purchase on Etsy, you will not need to make any further payments towards import duty to receive your parcel.
Northern Ireland shipping
Unfortunately due to EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), we are unable to sell to customers in Northern Ireland.
