4 out of 5 starsThe directions were not clear. It was hard to figure out what surface was supposed to be folded up or down, we tried to do the model out of thick foil and it didn't finish it.

What do i get if buy one of your product?
Your order will consist a PDF files. Included a black and white / blank templates for printing in a color paper and a assembly guide. And some of the templates may be a textured full colored.
Do you sell a colored version or textured paper-crafts?
No
What paper and size do i need to print it?
The PDF file we make is in international A4 format.
Card stock is available in various sizes, colours, textures and finishes from stationery or craft shops.
For blank templates choose your color scheme and create some fun. For colored templates / textured templates, we suggest you to use 150-175 gsm paper stock OR according to our instruction guide inside the file what the best paper for each paper-crafts.
What if there is a fault with my file?
Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads we are unfortunately not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
However if there is a fault with any of the files you have downloaded or if any of the files are not as described please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will try to resolve the issue.
Do you accepting commission work?
Yes we do accept commission in 3D design paper-crafts only
Is it refundable?
No, digital files are not refundable once you buy it.
Can i sell your papercraft?
You can sell the final product not the digital files
