4 out of 5 starsThe stick is too small and slides out of the holder. The purple flower is not centered and will not rotate, which is the purpose of the spinner. Designer tried to make it right

Hi, Lynn! I'm so sorry for the state the product arrived in! I'm glad we were able to troubleshoot the problem and you were able to get it to work again by using sandpaper. To make up for my mistake while packaging this order, I am more than willing to send you a new product of your choosing anytime. As I see the yarn pole size and orientation has been a common pain point, I am redesigning the pole and yarn base to be a little more user-friendly so customers have a choice between a thin or thick pole, and update the product description with measurements for this new version. I will also change it so that the magnets are placed internally while it prints rather than on the surface via superglue so that there is no risk of the base adhering to the spinner in the shipping process. I sincerely appreciate your understanding!
