Gift wrapping and packages
The packaging used can be cartons of old orders made by the shop. This reuse is done with an ecological concern.This only concerns the box sending the order; the care taken in the preparation of the order and the interior packaging will be the same as for shipments not using recycled cardboard.
Custom and custom orders
I can quite make custom orders (frame size, pattern, colors ...). In this case, you have to contact me so that we can discuss the feasibility of the project, the time to completion, the price and other small things.You can make a request by clicking on "Make a request for customization" which is located on the product sheets or on the home page of the shop.Due to the possible orders in progress, I unfortunately cannot guarantee the time of completion of your order or even that I could carry out your request.
Sending
Orders are sent in tracked letter (except larger packages that will be sent in tracked packages). The tracking number will be sent to you in an email when the order is shipped.
