4 out of 5 starsI received this ring today and the stone is truly beautiful. It sparkles and appears to be of the carat size stated. My disappointment is in the setting. The picture depicts the 2 side marquis stones as being flush against the centerstone and is very much magnified in the ring shown. In person, the 2 side stones are part of the band which again is minutely small in comparison to the view of the ring depicted. I will keep the ring only because the center stone seems so brilliant but I am not happy with the band.

We use high-quality moissanite stones, which is why they display exceptional sparkle. Our ring designs are also carefully crafted to allow maximum light to pass through the stone, enhancing its brilliance and fire. We completely understand your concern. However, your ring size was larger, which caused the band design to appear slightly different from the sample images. We had also shared the CAD design with you for review and approval before production. Please don't worry. If you are not fully satisfied with your ring after receiving it, kindly send us a message, and we will do our best to assist you and find a satisfactory solution. I saw a ring I liked and reached out to see if I could customize the ring a bit more than what was listed in the description. To my surprise the seller responded quickly, efficiently, and was so sweet and understanding. I received my ring at an appropriate time and I was so satisfied with my order. It was exactly as we had agreed on and the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend this seller!!!

4 out of 5 starsStone isn’t as big as in the photo, and it also isn’t set in the way I was picturing. The engraving I asked for is a bit weird, but they were very helpful with the font! Other than that ring is gorgeous! showed up right on time!

5 out of 5 starsI honestly couldn't be happier with this ring. I was looking for something a bit more unique than a standard clear stone, and the pink moissanite is such a pretty, soft color. It has a really nice vintage look that feels classic but still stands out. The marquise shape is very flattering, and even though it's 3 carats, the design still feels delicate and feminine on my hand. The gold finish is perfect and gives it that high-end, romantic feel I was hoping for. I've been wearing it for a few days now and have already had people stop me to ask where I got it. If you're looking for a special gift or a unique engagement ring, I'd definitely say go for it. It's even prettier in person!

Custom and personalised orders
Custom making is available in our shop. We can create a sketch or CAD design image based on your idea or reference pictures. A small deposit is required before starting the custom design process. If you have any ring ideas, please feel free to contact us directly.
Sizing details
We make rings in US sizes from 4 to 11.
If you need a smaller or larger size, please contact us — custom sizing is available on request.
Packaging and Gift Ready
Every ring comes in a premium ring box. It is ready for gifting. Gift notes can be added on request — please include your message at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped after production is completed. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.
Materials Quality
Our rings are made from solid 10K or 14K gold. We do not use plated base metals for gold listings. Solid gold will not fade or peel with normal wear.
Design Approval Process
For custom orders, we first prepare a sketch or CAD render. Production starts only after you approve the design. Small revisions are allowed at this stage to make sure the ring matches your expectations.
Stone Setting and Finish
Each ring is carefully hand-set and polished before dispatch. We perform quality checks to ensure stone security and finish quality.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Since our jewelry is handmade and customized according to each customer's requirements, the following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
Personalized and custom-made orders
Rings with custom engravings
Rings with stone size modifications
Eternity bands
Rings in sizes above US 11
Any item customized to the customer's specifications
These items cannot be resold because they are specially made for the original purchaser.
