Can I return or exchange the template?
Because of the nature of the product (Digital product), the templates cannot be returned or exchanged as you immediately get access to the files as soon as you purchase them.
But, if you have any worries, please don't hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help!
What are the Terms of Use for the templates?
All of my products are for your own personal use only. No part of it can be distributed, sold, reproduced, or used in any form without the written permission of the author.
How does a spreadsheet template work?
A template is a pre-formatted file to help you jumpstart your challenge. Just download it and enter your data, it's that easy!
Our templates are editable by Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. To know more about the software compatibility of a template, please refer to the individual listing descriptions.
The templates are also fully editable and customizable. Change the text, colors, and fonts! Personalize it however you like. The cells of the spreadsheets are protected by default to prevent accidental changes to formulas, But it wont be password locked, so you'll be able to easily unlock to edit as needed.
How do I download my purchase?
Downloading your template is simple! You'll have access to your templates immediately after you purchase. Just check your email and Etsy will have sent you a link to download. Or, just go to your Account > Purchases and Reviews and download it from there!
If you have any trouble downloading your purchase, send us a message and we'll email it over to you.
I cant access my spreadsheet or it opens in view only mode, what should I do?
Google Sheets can be a bit buggy, but don't worry. If it does not open, or if it opens in a view only mode try these steps:
In the top toolbar, click “File” → “Make a copy”. This will make a copy of the spreadsheet where you have full access. If that doesn't work try the troubleshooting steps listed below:
- Open the spreadsheet from a computer or laptop
- Make sure there is enough space on your Google Drive
- Try a different browser
- Make sure you are logged into Google Sheets
