TYPOS AND ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS
Inked Invitations and Stationery is not responsible for errors on printed stationery that were approved during the proofing process, so be sure to check your proofs carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar.

COLORS VARIANCE
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. Due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary slightly and may not match perfectly. We always make sure each order looks beautiful and that the color is as true as possible to what you see on your monitor.

Each order is carefully inspected prior to shipping, however, if there is a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly fix it for you!

PROCESSING TIME
Changes to proofs and message response time play a major part in processing time. To ensure your order moves along as quickly as possible, please make sure your information is accurate and you respond promptly to the proof approval messages. Delays in response time will extend processing time.
