I only sell original works of fine art. Enjoy browsing through my gallery! I paint mostly in oil but also enjoy pastels, which I ship with a mat and in a plastic sleeve. The oils are all unframed. Many of my paintings are painted outside, en plein Air. Portraits from photos or live sessions by commission. Just email me if you have questions.

Painting people, places and things that inspire me. No copies, all originals.

I grew up as the daughter of a well-known German oil painter, Hannes Rosenow (http://www.hannes-rosenow.com/en/index.html). I was always intrigued by his studio. I loved the rich colors of the paints and the smell of the turpentine that wafted out under the studio door. But the studio wasn't a place for children and I never quite dared to pick up a brush and see what would happen if I tried painting myself.

It was only after I married an American, travelled and lived all over the world, raised three children and mourned the passing of my father that I had the time and courage to start playing with color and composition myself. It has brought enormous joy to my life and I love to share my art with my friends, family and clients.
