¡Hola!  Soy Kahlia (Ka-lee-ah), nativa de California, artista autodidacta y creadora de Klearwater Studio.

Mi exposición al agua a una edad temprana ha sido la base y la inspiración para la mayoría de mis obras de arte, y juega un papel importante en mi estilo de vida activo y mi impulso creativo. Mi viaje artístico comenzó en el momento en que aprendí a coger un lápiz y dibujar y siempre he sabido que mi pasión en la vida es crear. Es "klear" mi amor por el agua y la naturaleza se expresa a través de las cosas que pongo en el papel. Mi paleta vibrante y mi familiaridad con una amplia gama de medios que he aprendido yo mismo a lo largo de los años me ha permitido descubrir muchas formas nuevas de hacer arte.  Hace un par de años me topé con el mundo del diseño de patrones de superficie a través de una clase en línea de Skillshare impartida por la encantadora Bonnie Christine, donde aprendí a transformar mi obra de arte en productos que se pueden imprimir digitalmente en cualquier tela. Fue entonces cuando descubrí que podía llevar mis ideas artísticas mezclando mi amor por el arte y el agua en un exitoso negocio creativo Klearwater Studio.

Klearwater Studio es una marca ecológica y sostenible establecida en Los Ángeles, California. Durante el comienzo de 2020, decidí seguir un sueño y comencé a explorar y encontrar la inspiración creativa para perseguir un emocionante negocio de arte, creando obras originales vibrantes, únicas y únicas pintadas a mano que encarnan mi estilo artístico vibrante tropical. No solo quiero compartir mi amor por el agua y la naturaleza a través de mi arte, sino que también estoy comprometido a inspirar a nuestra comunidad de nadadores, surfistas, vagabundos de playa y amantes del agua por igual para que se conviertan en consumidores conscientes apasionados por nuestra vida oceánica, las selvas tropicales y el medio ambiente tanto como yo.

Hello!  I'm Kahlia (Ka-lee-ah), California native, self taught artist and creator of Klearwater Studio.

My exposure to the water at an early age has been the foundation and inspiration for my most of my artwork, and plays a big part in my active lifestyle and creative drive. My artistic journey began the moment I learned how to pick up a pencil and draw and I’ve always known my passion in life is to create. It’s “klear” my love for the water and nature is expressed through the things I put down on paper. My vibrant palette and familiarity with a wide range of mediums I’ve taught myself over the years has allowed me to discover many new ways to make art.  A couple years ago I stumbled upon the world of surface pattern design through an online Skillshare class taught by the lovely Bonnie Christine, where I learned to transform my artwork to products that can be digitally printed on to any fabric. It was then I discovered I could take my artistic ideas blending my love for art and the water together into a successful creative business Klearwater Studio.

Klearwater Studio is an eco friendly, sustainable brand established in Los Angeles, California. During the start of 2020, I decided to follow a dream and began to explore and find the creative inspiration to pursue an exciting art business, creating vibrant, unique, one of a kind hand painted original works that embody my tropical vibrant artistic style. Not only to I want to share my love for the water and nature through my art, but I am also committed to inspire our community of swimmers, surfers, beach bums and water lovers alike to become conscious consumers who are passionate about our ocean life, rainforests and the environment as much as I am.
