5 out of 5 starsFergus has already come back to life and quickly. It only took a couple of days of following the included instructions to have bubbles forming and fibers in ten starter when i stir! I’m very excited to start baking with it in the next day or two! Also, the customer service was excellent even though I didn’t need any assistance, the owner reached out to thank me and wrote me a personal note! Just a wonderful experience! Thank you!
