Packaging
We pack all the items carefully so they'll arrive safe to you and try to re-use and recycle as much as possible.
Vintage Items
Vintage items that we offer are old, usually used, and should be expected to be in a used state of condition. We describe items as accurately as possible and provide quality photographs. We strive to accurately describe all items sold including wear or flaws as well as the attributes. Photographs are clear and close up to help you in making a sound decision in purchase. Pictures are considered to be part of the description. If you have any questions, or would like to see more photos, please convo me prior to purchase.
Order cancellations
I do not accept order cancellations. Please carefully check the product description, photos, dimensions, and all details before placing your order. As most of the products are vintage and orders are processed quickly, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.
Electrical items
All vintage electrical items must be fully safety checked by a qualified electrician before being plugged into the mains, if you decide you want to use them. Use at your own risk.
All our lamps have been tested and are fully working unless anything else is written by the specific lamp.
Electrical appliances may require a voltage adapter for use. These are inexpensive and very widely available. The items' functionality have been tested on Continental European mains electricity supply only, unless otherwise specified.
Additional shipping information
Your purchase will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days with an online tracking number. If you need faster shipping, please let us know. The above shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Once your item has been shipped, a tracking number will be added to the Etsy system.
We carefully pack all items to ensure they arrive undamaged, and we try to reuse and recycle as much as possible.
We are not responsible for taxes or customs duties. In cases where packages are returned to us, the buyer must pay the additional shipping costs to resend the product. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs if the product is returned as unclaimed.
