Hey everyone, we have some exciting news to share with you all!
A key source of public and private feedback that we've received over the years we've been operating has been the challenge in finding appropriate framing options for our centimetre-based print sizes. In addition to this, sometimes our mockups haven't been as accurate as they could have been when displaying the final product you receive.
We truly appreciate all feedback and are proud to say that we're acting on it, to make your experience as seamless as possible.
That's why we're converting all listings to inch based sizing and have completely overhauled our mockups from the ground up.
The new sizes are 11x14 inches, 16x20 inches, 18x24 inches & 24x36 inches - as close as we could manage to our previous lineup.
Product borders in mockups are now true to life, featuring the popular 18x24 inch print (previously 50x70cm). We've also created 2 new dynamic infographics that show how each label has been restored and exactly how it fits on our new range of sizes.
We've been hard at work preparing this transformation for you for 6 months, and we're so excited to finally share it with you!
This is part of an ongoing process of uplift and improvements that will be underway over the next couple of weeks, with the coming phases addressing improved SEO, more accessible sections and a pruning of underperforming listings to make discovering your next print that much easier.
