2. Are your patterns suitable for beginners?
Yes! Many of our patterns are beginner-friendly and clearly labeled by skill level. Each pattern includes:

Please read the listing description carefully to confirm the recommended skill level.
3. How do I download my files?
After payment is completed, Etsy will provide a download link:
Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews
Click Download Files
4. Can I get a refund or exchange?
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not available once files are downloaded.
However, if you experience any issues with your file, please message us—we’re happy to help.
5. Can I sell items made using your patterns?
Yes! You may sell finished items made from CoolPatter patterns on a small scale.
Credit to CoolPatter is appreciated but not required.
6. Do you offer custom patterns or alterations?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we’re always open to suggestions for future patterns.
7. What language are the patterns written in?
All crochet patterns are written in English using standard US crochet terms, unless otherwise stated.
