4 out of 5 starsSo I reached out to customer support when I thought my package "arrived" and couldn't find it, they were able to correct me kindly to when it should properly arrive. As for the actual product, I would personally change two things. I would first make designated screw holes that would drill directly into the vinyl siding. Then I would have another set of screws that would the faceplate of your camera to the actual plastic. It would allow for less janky mountings.

thank you for your message. We have been making mounts for 8 years on Etsy now and have considered all options when making the mounts. And the way it is currently is the best as it allows the doorbell to be exactly centered on the mount. For 99 % of people they want the doorbell centered directly on the mount and thjs does look the best. We offer custom solutions if you need something outside what would be commonly needed.

Can I return a custom order I just don’t like.
If it was my error I will issue a free redo. If invalid measurements were provided to me you will be responsible to provide pictures or correct the measuments. I do a one time redo if customer pays shipping.
Unfortunately since Custom orders are made custom for you they can’t be resold as they are made specifically for you. There are no returns on custom made items. I should be allowed one attempt to fix your concerns. I reserve the right to waive a no return. However if this no return is waived You will need to pay return shipping and I will not be able to issue refund on the time spent drawing your item. Original postage will not be refunded as that was paid to post office and is not recoverable.
What if I provided wrong measurements for a custom order?
Please correct as soon as possible. I might now have started drawing your item. Or I might have started drawing it and have not printed it yet.
If it has already shipped. Please see if you can make it work. If not please provided pictures and corrected measurements. I can do a one time redo if you will cover shipping costs for the second shipment.
What is return policy if i change my mind on what brand doorbell i want or decide to return my video Doorbell
All returns are accepted if you contact me 14 days after you get the item and if you return item withing 30 days. Just state the reason why and provide pictures if requested
If the issue is not the items fault, or the issue is addressed in the item description, or if you order the wrong item[s], or if you decide to return or change doorbell brands. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping is not refundable since it was paid to post office to deliver the item.
If the issue is my fault ,sent wrong color or wrong item, then I will absorb any costs to correct the issue.
