Unfortunately, as our items are personalized for the customer, Refunds and returns are only accepted when an item is faulty,damaged or has been made incorrectly. Any faults with the item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving goods.
-Orders will not be cancelled for failure to read the stated production time or ordering incorrectly however we will do our best to help you if you have made an error when ordering. If an item has not been started then we will allow you to order a different item in place of an item that you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly.

Care instructions
The canvases cannot get wet, water will damage the outside of the item as well as the canvas. My canvases are not water proof, water resistant, and damage will occur with any moisture

The OldStyleDesign is not responsible for any shipping issues. After we mailed your order out, we have no control over any delays or difficulties. Refund will not be issued for any shipping fees ( even expedited, express and any rush services included also) of delayed orders. OldStyleDesign pays the extra amount you paid to the post office in order to get the requested service for you. In case of any issues please contact your local post office. Thank you for your understanding:)

International Orders

Some countries charge a custom tax, and some do not. It is the customers responsibility to know their countries tax policy before purchasing from this shop. We do not reimburse customs tax nor are we able to collect this tax on behalf of any customs department. This is completely out of our control. If you do not pay your customs tax, or you provide an address that the package is not able to be delivered to resulting in the item being returned to me, the customer is responsible to cover postage to have the item sent back. We do not pay multiple shipping costs. Please be sure the address you provide is one able to accept packages, and one where you will receive a notice from customs to claim an item if a tax is due.
