5 out of 5 starsSeems solid and is comfortable to sit in. The construction staples at the back are not as visually pleasing, but in our case this part is against the wall, so I won’t have to see it. Delivery was uncomplicated. The cat will be pleased too. :)

🪑 Furniture & Custom Orders
We specialize in handmade, custom-made upholstered furniture. Each piece can be adapted to individual needs, including size, fabric, and details. If you are looking for something specific, feel free to contact us — we are happy to discuss your project.
🧵 Fabrics & Materials
You can choose any fabric available in our shop. If you’ve found a fabric in another store that you like, please contact us first — after prior agreement, we may be able to use it.
Most of our fabrics are tested for durability, abrasion resistance, and fire safety, and many of them come with quality and safety certificates.
📦 Fabric Samples
Yes, we send fabric samples to our customers so you can see and feel the materials in person. Shipping rules differ for EU and non-EU countries, so please contact us for details. When writing, include the fabric names, your full name, delivery address, and phone number — samples are usually shipped via DHL.
🎨 Color Accuracy
Colors may vary depending on screen settings. For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before making a final decision, as choosing fabrics through a screen can be challenging.
⏳ Production Time
Our production time is 3–6 weeks, depending on the number of current orders and the complexity of the project. In most cases, orders are completed within 4 weeks. If you need your furniture sooner or later, please contact us — we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution.
🔄 Returns
Unfortunately, returns are not possible, as all our furniture is made to order and personalized. Each piece is created specifically for the customer, so please make sure your choices are well considered before placing an order.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Europe. Worldwide shipping is also possible; however, shipping costs outside Europe can be high. Please contact us for an individual shipping quote.
We work with various carriers, including DB Schenker, DHL, and private freight companies. The delivery method is selected individually, depending on the size and type of the furniture.
🏠 Carry-In Service
Carrying the furniture inside is not included in the delivery price. Our responsibility is to deliver the item to the customer’s address. Delivery companies often contact customers in advance, and you may ask about additional services, but we cannot guarantee carry-in assistance.
