WHAT IS THE FIT OF MY SHIRT?
Our designs are printed on various clothing brands, each with its own specific size chart. While size charts provide useful guidance, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, as individual bodies differ, and preferences for clothing fit vary. Always refer to the size chart in the photo or contact us for assistance.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?
Certainly. We don't have a fixed discount chart; instead, we tailor discounts case by case. Bulk discounts are available for orders of 5+ shirts or sweatshirts, and the amount depends on the design and retail pricing. Keep in mind that fulfilling large orders may take longer.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your custom designs and orders.
SHIPPING
Typically, it takes 3-8 days to create your product, plus shipping time. About 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. For expedited orders, contact us, and we'll try our best to accommodate.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Due to the on-demand or custom nature of our items, refunds are generally not offered. However, if you receive a defective item or it doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days. We may reprint or exchange it. Buyers cover return postage. Hold off on leaving an Etsy review until we resolve your issue.
CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Contact us immediately if you notice any issues. We'll replace misprinted/damaged/defective items at no extra cost. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
WRONG ADDRESS
If the courier deems your address insufficient, the shipment returns to us. We'll happily reship, but you're responsible for reshipment costs with a valid address.

If marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier for details. In certain cases, we may reprint the shirt at no cost, but we won't cover reshipping costs or issue a refund."
