Frequently asked questions
What do I receive with my order?
You will receive digital files containing the artwork. No physical product is included.
There are 3 types of files you may receive:
1) PDF
or 2) JPG
or 3) ZIP. If you receive a ZIP file, save it to your desktop or a local drive first. Then right click on file and click Extract All. You will then have access to the PDF and/or JPG files.
How do I receive my order? How do I download the file?
Once Etsy confirms your payment, you will be able to download the files.
* If you have an Etsy account, download at: Etsy.com/your/purchases
(Currently, Etsy doesn't have the ability to download a digital purchase through the phone app. Please sign in to your account on the website.)
* If you don't have an Etsy account, please refer to the email Etsy sends you. (Please check your junk box if you don't see the email.)
Once the file is downloaded, please SAVE it to your pc desktop. If you receive a zip file, right click on the zip file and select "Extract all". You will then see the PDF or JPG files.
Do you offer printing? Where can I have the items printed?
Currently, I don't offer printing services. Here are a few options for printing:
1) PDF. You can print a PDF on your home printer, or take to a print shop (FedEx, UPS Store, Staples, Office Max, etc.) We recommend printing on cardstock. For best results, select Page Scaling: None (print to actual size).
2) JPG. You can print a JPG on your home printer, or send to a photo lab (Costco, Sams, Walgreens, AdoramaPix, Shutterfly, etc.)
3) You may also want to check your local library. Some libraries offer printing services.
* Watermarks have been removed from the file that you will receive.
* Colors may vary from screen to screen, and may vary on printer.
Can I receive the printable in a different size?
Many of our 8x10 decor printables can be resized. Please message me first to see if resizing is available. Please include the print name and size your are requesting. If possible, I will resize to 5x7, 11x14, or 16x20 and add it to the listing. Unfortunately, all other items (coupon books, planners, cards, gift tags, etc.) are not available for resizing at this time.
Do you offer custom designs?
At this time, I am not taking requests for custom designs, personalization, or modifications to existing designs. However, I will gladly take recommendations for future design ideas! Just send me a message with the details for consideration.
