Von Zaunlatten zu Drucken des Friedens
From Fence Pickets to Prints of Peace
Was mit einem alten Zaun begann, hat sich zu einem kleinen Laden entwickelt, der mit Kunstwerken für wertvolle Seiten und bedeutungsvollen Geschenken gefüllt ist.
Als mein Mann und ich unseren Gartenzaun erneuern mussten, betrachtete ich all die schönen, verwitterten Latten und dachte: Daraus kann ich Schilder machen! Ich nannte dieses kleine Unternehmen „On the Fence“ – weil ich Wortspiele schon immer geliebt habe.
Ein paar Jahre später begann ich, in meiner Bibel Tagebuch zu führen, und hatte Schwierigkeiten, passende Illustrationen zu finden, die mir gefielen und gleichzeitig in die schmalen Seiten meiner Bibel passten. Also entwarf ich kurzerhand meine eigenen. Im Sommer 2025 bildeten diese Illustrationen den Grundstein für Prints of Peace Digital auf Etsy.
Heute gestalte ich Illustrationen für Bibeljournaling, Hilfsmittel für das Bibelstudium, Geschenkartikel und Designs für Feiertage, Wohndekoration und allerlei kreative Projekte. Ständig erweitere ich mein Sortiment um neue, von der Bibel inspirierte und saisonale Designs – alle mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt gestaltet, um Schönes mit Bedeutung zu verbinden.

What began with an old fence has grown into a little shop filled with art for treasured pages and meaningful gifts.
When my husband and I needed to rebuild our backyard fence, I looked at all those beautiful, weathered pickets and thought, I can make signs out of those! I called that little business On the Fence—because I’ve always loved a good play on words.
A few years later, I found myself Bible journaling and struggling to find artwork I loved that was also designed to fit neatly into the narrow pages of my Bible. So, naturally, I made my own. In the summer of 2025, that artwork became the beginning of Prints of Peace Digital on Etsy.
Today, I create Bible journaling art, Bible study tools, gifting supplies, and designs for holidays, home décor, and all kinds of creative projects. I’m always adding new scripture-inspired and seasonal designs, all created with care and a love for making beautiful things meaningful.
