4 out of 5 starsI would have given this 5 stars if I knew to expect this to come in a month late from when I ordered it. Overall it's beautiful, it does need to be assembled so expect that. This will be given as a client gift so we're happy to be able to give them something personalized.

Custom and personalized orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the item price only.
Tracking Information
Once the item is shipped, it is the recipient’s responsibility to track the parcel using the provided tracking number. Shipping carriers may deliver parcels to local pick-up points instead of the recipient's address. This can happen for various reasons, such as the recipient not being home, package size limitations, or regional delivery practices.
If a package is not collected and is returned to us:
– For non-personalized items, we may refund the item price only (shipping is non-refundable) if it’s returned in original condition.
– For personalized items, no refund is issued, as the item is custom-made and will be disposed of.
If you wish to have the item re-shipped, a new shipping fee must be paid.
