First, we're not certified tarot/oracle/psychic readers. Second, the human works full-time and runs RandomAmun as a hobby when possible. This means that we don't have to recoup money from expensive metaphysical classes or certifications, and we aren't depending on Etsy for our livelihood. What we charge is just enough to pay for Amun's food, litter, and vet bills, feed foster cats, and a tiny bit to compensate the human for their time.

You will find us to be a good team to get a reading from if:
you like cats and want a reading with a cat
you've been to several other readers and gotten readings that don't make sense or weren't helpful,
you actually want help or advice,
you know that readings provide advice or predict a future which can be changed if you want to change it,
you are ok with contacting sellers or having sellers contact you if there is an issue with your order,
you won't get upset over a less-than-definitive reading

Unless any of the above apply to you, then DO NOT ORDER FROM US as you will just end up upset, and that would make Amun sad.

We strongly recommend you seek help elsewhere if:
you don't like cats,
other tarot/oracle readers work just fine for you,
you are not willing to listen to help or advice,
you don't think you can handle the answer,
getting a reading from a professional or certified reader is important to you,
you aren't willing to interact with a seller to fix issues or address concerns,
you would be upset over not getting a refund for the small amount of money you spent on a reading
you want a reading for anything other than your own private personal use
you can comfortably afford a more expensive reading with a professional

If any of the above apply to you, then you will probably not enjoy/appreciate a reading from us or find our readings to be helpful.

Remember, you are getting a cheap reading from a cat; act accordingly. We would charge far more if we wanted to scam you. We will be kind and courteous to you. No offense is EVER intended. We will do our best to answer your questions; however, we cannot guarantee you an answer, and any answer you get may not be the answer you want. After your reading is sent, we will be available for follow-up service and customer support: you will have to CONTACT US through Etsy messenger to take advantage of these services. We will answer any questions you have about your reading, do our best to clear up any misunderstandings or provide more clarity, and provide refunds or exchanges in the extremely rare instance that they are requested.

Depends on the reading. What we always need will be: the name you go by, the general area where you live, the name(s) of anyone involved in your situation(s), and a stated question or area for the reading to focus on. Usually we get your name/area from your shipping address, so if the name you go by is different from what's on your Etsy shipping/billing info, you will need to tell us. We need your name so we can focus our energy on you and your situation; if we don't know the name you identify with, then we can't focus properly and the reading will be completely inaccurate/invalid.

RandomAmun is ONLY on Etsy, so we will either send you a message via Etsy's messenger, or we will email you. If you bought a physical item we will mail that to your mailing address, but aside from that WE WILL NEVER SEND YOU PHYSICAL MAIL. We do not call customers or contact them through social media, so PLEASE, DO NOT ASK US TO CALL YOU OR CONTACT YOU THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA! If these are the only ways to contact you, or you cannot respond to emails or etsy messages, then please do not order from us.

All readings are now offered as digital downloads!

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. TLDR; kindness will be rewarded, wickedness will be punished.
Please contact us within 3 days (36hrs) of receiving your items/readings and we MAY consider giving you a refund. We're a kind couple with a cat, we don't make much money off this shop anyway, but we do feel that if we spend our time doing a reading for you, then we deserve to be compensated for our time. That being said, if you're kind to us, or a repeat customer, we will most likely give you a refund. But if you are belligerent, threatening, rude, demeaning, attempt to extort us, slander us, or otherwise get unhinged with us, you will most definitely NOT get a refund: this is abhorrent behavior and we will not support it.

Unfortunately sometimes we have to cancel orders. We try not to do this unless we absolutely cannot fulfill your order or we suspect you intend to scam us (which is sadly getting to be more common). The following will result in having your order cancelled:
You bought a reading but did not ask a question/state an area of interest at purchase, and when we messaged you asking for a usable question you did not respond within 72hrs
We messaged you about some other issue preventing us from fulfilling your order and you failed to respond within 72hrs
We suspect you are trying to catfish, con, scam or otherwise trick us
We suspect you want a reading for any purpose other than fun, comfort, guidance, advice, or help along your life path
