4 out of 5 starsThis was my first shipment from another country. I understood it would need to be processed on each side. However it took a total month to receive it. And the package had a heat pack that caused the inside to sweat badly and caused the plant to lose leaves in the shipping process. If you live close by this company - i would say buy the plant but not for shipping long distance. Lesson learned.

4 out of 5 starsThis purchase for me was my first shipment of plants from another country. It took a while to go through the shipping process. (And a month to arrive) .. I accepted this and understood but had no idea this long to get here. However in the way it was packaged and how it arrived needs some improvements badly. It had a heat pack in there that made the plants sweat and my plants lost its leaves while in transit. Only 3 remained on this sad but beautiful plant. Hope i can save it.
