For apparel items: Wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not iron over design.
Custom and personalized orders

Lost, delayed, or undelivered items
If your item is showing as lost, held up or “delivered” (but you did not receive it) on the online tracking system, please contact your local post office.
Once we have made the item and the post office shows online that they have received it, we will not refund any lost orders. Our responsibility is to make your item, package it and drop it off at the post office. Once the USPS has confirmed receipt, we are no longer responsible.
Rarely does this happen, and we are very sorry when it does, but your best bet for finding a lost item is opening a claim with your local post office or checking with your delivery person.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom orders are not eligible for return. If you seek a return on a stock item, the customer is responsible for the return label/shipping fee. As soon as item is delivered or tracking is provided then a refund will be administered.
***Big/Little reveal orders are considered custom (even if no sorority affiliation)!
