1 out of 5 starsIf I could give this zero stars, I would. The packaging was terrible. It was “protected” by one sheet of tissue paper in a box entirely too big. The $320 lamp came chipped and dented in several spots. Then they want me to ship it back….for $156!!! And then they’ll review it and see if I get a refund. Total scam. The lamp itself is worth about $40. I could’ve bought it at Walmart. Every review I read complains about packaging. When I reached out to owner he said “we didn’t put that paper in there. We think damage occurred after delivery” So someone, somewhere along the way opened the box and added one piece of tissue paper? And you’re claiming I did the damage? After delivery? Expensive lesson learned for me. Buyer beware. See photos
