Frequently asked questions

Is this a digital download?

Yes. Every Scorepark pack is a printable PDF, so nothing is shipped. Your file is ready to download right after purchase from You > Purchases and reviews.

How do I print the pack?

Print at home or at a print shop on A4 or US Letter, and choose "Fit to page" in your print settings. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printers.

Can I share or resell the files?

The files are for your own personal, family, classroom or club use. Please don't share, resell or redistribute them, in print or digitally.

Can I get a refund?

Because files are delivered instantly, we can't accept returns or exchanges. If a file won't open or something is missing, message us and we'll put it right.

How do we keep the games safe?

Safety comes first. Kids' games should always be played with a grown-up supervising. Clear the play area of anything that could cause a trip, check the prep list for balloons and small items that can be a choking hazard for young children, and adapt or skip any game that doesn't suit your space or players. Please play responsibly and look out for each other.
