We may reach out to you for additional information regarding your order, such as the pronunciation of a name to ensure an accurate translation for your personalized item.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders arrive gift-wrapped. Your items are securely wrapped in tissue paper and sealed in a plastic zip bag, then placed inside a traditional Korean fabric bag, ready for gift-giving. We use recyclable PE (polyethylene) bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.
Processing & Shipping Times
Free worldwide shipping via Korea Post (K-Packet) with full tracking.
Processing Time: 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Note: Delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Standard: 7–15 business days.
Express: 3–5 business days (Extra fee / Signature required).
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed after dispatch. You can also track your package via your local postal service once it arrives in your country.
Restrictions We do not ship to U.S. territories (PR, VI, GU, MH, MP, AS, PW).
Customs & Taxes Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Jewelry care tips
Avoid dust, moisture, and direct sunlight to prevent tarnishing or discoloration. Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, or sleeping. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in an individual pouch. Use only mild cleaners when cleaning your jewelry.
Stainless steel jewelry in its original, unplated color requires minimal maintenance, but it may still scratch. We recommend wiping it with a soft cloth after wear and storing it separately to maintain its finish.
