Custom and personalized orders
If you're ordering a customized item through me, first off: thank you!! Secondly, please contact me with any and all questions. I am much more available on my discord (ask for my username) if we need to talk further than a couple messages.
What is made-to-order and how long does it take?
I send the full design to an outside company, they print it for me, and then it gets sent to you! This helps cut down on extra shipping costs and is environmentally friendly.
Shipping can take anywhere from 10-30 business days (M-F) from the day of SHIPMENT (not when the order is placed). You will be given a tracking number soon as possible. Please note, I am not responsible for what happens after the item ships, but I'll do my best to help if something goes wrong.
