Can I Return or Exchange?
Please be aware that all items are made to order and non-refundable. We do not accept returns but please contact us if you need help.
Exchanges are limited to Tops, Headbands, Jewelry, and Cover-ups. (Not custom, discontinued or marked down more than 50%)
Exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed with tags.
Bodysuits & Bikini Bottoms cannot be returned/exchanged (hygiene policy)
I offer alterations if applicable with one time free shipping on Dress, Jumpsuit and Monday Wear orders.
Contact us within 5 days of purchase delivery and buyer pays outgoing shipping cost via first class mail except for alterations.
You must ship item back within 7 days of delivery. If you contact us past the 5 day window we cannot honor exchange or alterat..

Majority of our fabrics stretch and majority of our swimsuits are adjustable with tie closures.
Including measurements with Dress & Bodysuit orders are welcome.
Bikini Tops:
Minimal Coverage tops are meant to show more
skin and if you like more coverage with styles such as Bare Ting size up. Medium Coverage will fit with more coverage but still a racy cut.

Our most popular collections Swim & Monday Wear are made of quality lycra spandex and curve hugging stretch prints :)
CM Designs are sustainable and many of my loyal customers have had their garments for years.
Can I place a Custom Order? Custom Color?
CURRENTLY NOT
-Many of the designs shown are customizable and will show under the listing.
-I also accept custom color requests on select items at an additional cost.
Pricing starts at an additional $10-$18 to your order. Custom orders are FINAL SALE.
Wholesale and Group Orders
-I take select wholesale contracts & designs must be marketed as a Chanel Moore design sold in your retail store.
-I take group orders for events, uniforms, and dancers with minimum 4 people.
Availability and Restock
The design availability is listed in the product description. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable to add are sold out. Although we make every effort to keep fully stocked, occasionally we do sell out.

I have an issue with my delivery
We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. We are not responsible for delivery to wrong addresses, please double check your order to ensure you entered the correct address.
We can direct you to file a claim with the delivery service in order to receive a refund in the event a package is missing.
