Custom and personalized orders

How is this item decorated?
All items are professionally printed or embroidered. Items that are embroidered will specifically state in the title or shop section.
I'm not sure I will get my order in time.
Our current processing time can take up to 10-12 business days. If you added the rush option to your order it will ship within the rush time frame. Shipping can take an additional 2-5 days. Please make sure to add the date needed to your order notes and add the correct quantity and rush options if needed to avoid delays!
Can I change something on my order?
If you contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of placing your order, we can usually make changes. However, if you contact us after that period of time, we cannot make changes and your order will be processed as placed.
What is your return policy?
Since every item is made just for you we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with an item please contact us 48 hours after receiving it. If your package is lost or damaged please contact USPS directly.
My tracking says it has been returned, what does this mean?
Please make sure to double check your shipping address before you proceed with your order to avoid any additional delay or costs. We use your supplied address in our postage system and the package is sent to the provided address. If you use an incorrect zip or address, the post office may discover the package is not deliverable and return to us for an invalid address. In this case, we will be happy to resend it, however, we do have to charge a postage fee to cover the costs if it is not an error on our end. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before you proceed with your order to avoid any additional delay or costs.
What about color variations?
We do our best to make sure or sample photos are as close to the exact product as possible but due to the huge variations in monitors, screens, browsers and phones, color samples in our products and fabrics may appear different. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same when you view them, we ask that you contact us first with any questions, before you order, to avoid any problem with color matching. We cannot guarantee what you are viewing is the exact color.
