Missing/Late Arrivals
Sometimes shipping times take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond my control.
If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact me.
If you have purchased shipping with tracking than I can easily follow it up. If not then I like to wait 30 days from the date of shipping within Australia and 6 weeks internationally before I consider the parcel lost. After this time, I will happily refund or replace the item.
Gift Wrapping
All orders are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then shipped in a small tin. This method is sweet, as well allowing to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Gift wrapping upgrades are available at the checkout.
Care instructions
Sterling Silver is a precious metal and may need occasional cleaning.
We recommend cleaning with a mild detergent or silver polishing cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals such as chlorine or bleach.
Change of mind refunds
We understand that you may change you mind on an item. Refunds (minus initial postage costs) may be given if the item is returned unworn and in perfect condition.
Please contact within 7 days of arrival if you want to return an item.
Does standard shipping include tracking ?
Yes, all standard & express shipping includes tracking. Tracking numbers will be given once the order has been completed.
How to tighten earring backs
Earring backs sometimes become loose and need tightening. Squeeze the 2 circle parts together with pliers or fingers. This works best when the backs are off the earrings post.
