Issues with Your Order
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days via Etsy messages and include:
• photos of the item
• your order number
I will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For this reason, returns or exchanges are not offered.
Refunds or replacements apply only in cases of:

• incorrect items
• mislabeled products
