I ordered an America 250 t‑shirt pretty late and knew it likely wouldn’t arrive before the holiday. Ruth reached out immediately to let me know and asked if I still wanted to proceed, which I appreciated. I told her yes, and she pushed the order to production right away. To my surprise, the shirt did arrive before the holiday! I wasn’t expecting it at all, but Ruth made it happen. I am very pleased with both the item and the experience.
