Custom-fit organization for the outdoor gear you actually use. Designed and 3D-printed by hand in Menomonie, Wisconsin.
Sorted3D started because I got tired of the mess within my ice fishing sled.
Every commercial holder either didn't fit my exact gear, snapped below zero, or rattled the whole drive out. I have a 3D printer. I have calipers. I started designing my own. Then someone on the lake asked where I got mine.
Sorted3D makes custom-fit organization gear for outdoor equipment people actually use. Every product is designed parametrically - built from real measurements of real gear. The rod holder fits a Frabill, a 13 Fishing, and a St. Croix all at
once. The tip-up slot is sized to a Beaver Dam Original arm. The auger V cradle self-centers any shaft you would realistically own, hex or round.
3D printed in black PETG on a Sovol SV08 in my basement in Menomonie, Wisconsin. PETG, not PLA - does not crack at -20F, does not warp in a hot truck bed in summer. Every kit ships with stainless M5 hardware and wing nuts. Wing nuts because
anglers wear gloves.
The rod, tip-up, and auger holders all use the same M5 hardware and the same 13/64 inch drill bit. Drill one straight line of holes, run the complete system. Wing-nut them off in 30 seconds at the end of the season.
Sled organization is the start. The first pontoon rail clamp is already designed. More verticals after that, wherever serious gear-owners need precision-fit storage for equipment that does not come from a factory.
Have specific gear in mind? Message me. The designs are parametric - I can usually adjust them in an hour.
