Hi Anita, thanks for your review. In the 'item details' of the listing, it states that you will receive a PDF tutorial with step by step instructions which includes coloured images and diagrams to make the products. There is no mention of videos. The information is there so buyers can read and know exactly what they are getting before they make their purchase. Buyers can also ask questions before purchasing, to make sure the tutorial is right for them, if they are unsure.

Thanks for the 5 star review Debra, it is very much appreciated. In regards to downloading the tutorial, you should have automatically received an email with a link to download your purchases. Otherwise you can go to your purchase and review page in etsy (which is located under 'you' in the top right hand corner), then on the right hand side of your purchase, you should see a download button which you can click on to download your files.

What language are your tutorials in?
English only, as I am based in Australia.
What measurements do you use in your tutorials?
I primarily use metric measurements in all my tutorials, as I am based in Australia. However, sometimes I use a combination of both metric and imperial measurements, so it is highly recommended that you use a ruler that has both millimetres and inches.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please make contact with me (shop owner) if you have a problem with your order. I am more than happy to help with any purchase issues. Please keep in mind the time difference if you are based in another country other than Australia. I will respond as soon as I can.
