When will my order arrive?

Free delivery is sent as 2nd Class through the Royal Mail and should arrive in 2-3 business days.
1st class delivery (only 50p!) should arrive in 1-2 business days. Orders to countries in Europe are expected to arrive in 5-7 business days, whilst orders to the rest of the world (US, Canada etc) should take between 8-10 business days, not including weekends.
These time aren’t guaranteed however, and delivery times ultimately come down to the Royal Mail/your local delivery company.

Where is my order?

Please allow a few extra days on top of the expected delivery date for orders to arrive, to allow for any postage delays. A tracked option is available on all products, should you wish to be able to track your order(s). If you put an incorrect address on your order and this is why you haven’t received it, unfortunately I’m unable to re-send or refund your order and you would have to place another order to the correct address.

Can I have a discount?

Of course! My shop runs a full time deal! Buy any 2 products for 10% off, or any 5 products for 20% off! 😍
