So glad you made a bustle gown for the “A Girl for all Time” dolls! I had been looking for one! And this gown is so pretty with the cream, soft green and pink colors and lace, ribbons, and flowers to dress it up. A parasol accessory, too. Sewn well and good shipping.

This is a very pretty ensemble. I like the colors and the style of the dress, jacket, and bonnet. I also like the red rose print with the green leaves in the fabric of the dress. It all started because of my Grandma. She gave me my first doll, a My Friend Jenny doll from Fisher Price, and also made some clothes for her. I played with Jenny so much! After having children, I desired to pass her on to my oldest daughter but also thought it would be neat to make a new outfit for Jenny, to continue the tradition from my Grandma. That first dress I stitched completely by hand! Not having a sewing machine at the time, I did snatches of it between caring for my kids and learned so much! But it sparked a new interest in sewing as I realized I could sew, and started sewing historical dresses for my Felicity doll. It has been so fun learning what I am capable of doing, and knowing this is just the beginning! I love making historical outfits with lots of details, and I hope that my outfits will delight you too!
